Provence in New York

It’s been more than a month since I got back to New York and I am still missing Provence. So I decided to make some of the foods I enjoyed there, and share them with my friends in New York. Photos are below. The menu included:
Pissaladiere
Cougettes farcies
Tapenade d’olives
Tapenade de tomates et haricots blancs (not traditional, but a nice combination)
Salade de fruit de mers (crevettes et calamars grillės et moules poelės)
Saucisson de sanglier from an Italian salumeria
Patė de canard
Blettes au gratin (Lulu’s recipe)
Chèvre aux herbes de Provence
And of course plenty of good rosė de Provence.
